木薯是一个東南亚很普遍的食材,可以做成糕点、菜肴、做主食还可以削片炸成木薯片。这道泰式黄金木薯简易做法,椰奶香十足十分好吃!

    Step 1

    将木薯去皮洗净后切小块放入锅内。Peel tapioca, wash and then cut into small pieces.

    Step 2

    加入盖过木薯份量的清水,倒进椰糖,用大火煮滚。Place tapioca in pot and imerged with water, pour in gula Melaka and bring to boil in high heat.

    Step 3

    调小火再将木薯搅拌均匀,煮至收汁或看到木薯成透明即可熄火,加盖继续焗十分钟。Turn to low heat, stir until gravy reduced or tapioca turns to transparent form, off heat and cover with lid to simmer for another 10 minutes.

    Step 4

    将木薯盛盘,淋上煮滚的浓椰浆,即可享用。Boil the thick coconut milk, sprinkle on top to serve.
